Thank you very much for outstanding customer service. I ordered some Floriani fusible yesterday afternoon on your website and followed up with a phone call to check if you could send it the same day. I had an email 2 hours later confirming dispatched and at 8.15am the following day, my parcel is with me. I will be able to prepare my embroidery blocks to take on holidays with me. Keith, I received the DVD yesterday and watched it last night. I just want to say thank you for taking the extra effort to ship to the USA. It is an excellent video. It was so detailed and shows all the things I would not have thought to try if not for the video which I know I will watch many more times.

Hi Keith. Just received the CD etc, and following your wonderful instructions, it all now works. I've just phoned your shop to say how pleased I am with your service. Must also say I LOVE this QC1000 machine. I had been looking at it for over a year, read rave reviews about it from several forums, and really knew it was what I wanted, but could not afford the new machine price. To find it pre-owned with you was great. I have almost finished my new grand daughter's quilt, and it's looking much better than my previous attempts at quilting on smaller harp machines. I came across Lords Sewing purely by chance, there had been no recommendations or research into my quest other than I was looking for a sewing machine that is no longer being manufactured. I stumbled across Lords Sewing and never looked back!

Communicating with Keith from afar was the easiest thing that I have ever done, he responded to my emails and many requests immediately and extremely professionally, giving an abundance of help and advice. I received my new machine within a week of ordering it through Keith, it arrived extremely well packed and the after-care service that I receive is second to none, Lords Sewing were eager to know and ensure that the machine had arrived undamaged and in full working order. I am sure that at this point Lords did not expect to hear from me again for quite awhile, unfortunately that was not to be, as due to a fault of my own within a month I had created a problem that I had no idea how to solve, I immediately contacted Keith via email and he patiently went through with me, step by step, with what the problem could be and how to solve it. Keith conveyed his knowledge and expertise in a very friendly and clear manner which inspired confidence within me that the problem could be easily resolved.

Keith efficiently took the problem on board and gave written instructions via email as well as the most useful video clip of himself actually having created the same problem with his own machine and repairing it there and then in front of me on the video with such a simple step by step explanation to follow, that I actually felt that I too had suddenly become an expert in dealing with my machine. Keith also took proactive measures to ensure that future problems do not occur by telling me what I had done wrong and how to overcome this from happening again.

I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the services and high quality of care from Lords Sewing, they give so much more than they actually need to in pleasing their customers and I feel that if ever needed, Keith will always be there which is such a safety haven to have living where I do. Lords Sewing has been the jewel in the crown of finds as far as I am concerned and I cannot state this highly enough.
