John Blakeman from STOKE-ON-TRENT:

Good quality
“An easy to use sewing machine with a good range of utility stitches, a number of automatic button holes and some very helpful features such as being able to set needle up or needle down when finishing sewing as a default, reverse on starting sewing, automatically and the same on finishing at the press of a button. Other very useful features include a speed control that allows the user to set the pace at which they sew without the foot control and automatic threading. A great buy.”
Patricia from Southport:

Lords Sewing have an extensive range of sewing machines. I spoke to two members of staff, Kirstie and Andy before I made my final choice, and they were both very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. My new machine was delivered the next day.

I’m really pleased with this machine. I read reviews before buying it, & was initially concerned that in many places it is offered as a beginners machine. I’m not a beginner. I wanted a machine that was able to do basic stitches well, & that would provide good tension. I didn’t want decorative stitches. I wanted it to be simple, & hopefully take me into old age!
The machine is simple to operate, the tension is good. As well as many basic stitches which enable handling of different fabrics, it is also also able to do 1 step buttonholes. It is simple to thread. It has an automatic needle threader, & a setting that will reinforce seam ends.
