Brother's latest Premium Upgrade Kit 2 enables you to add extra features to your machine without having to trade-in and buy a new one.
 

The Software Upgrade Premium Pack II is the latest XV-Series upgrade to help you get the most out of your machine. 

For those of you who use the XV as a sewing machine you'll love the new feature for the presser foot. This feature works with or without the foot control (so if you prefer to use the start/stop button and speed slider then it still works perfectly.

Without this feature you have to raise the presser foot to move your fabric and then before you start to sew again the machine tells you to lower the foot first before letting you sew again.

With this feature you can set the machine to automatically raise the foot as soon as you stop sewing and then when you have repositioned your fabric just start sewing again and the foot will automatically lower and start sewing. You can also set the machine to allow you use the thread cutters with the foot up! It's a very practical upgrade which will be appreciated during use.

The above feature can also be programmed to be used with the fabulous Multi Function Foot Controller MFFC1 (available separately).

For those who like using My Design Center and using the lovely fill designs there are now another five additional ones though you have to already have Upgrade Kit 1 installed to access these (which most people have).

For embroiderers who like to have plenty of font choices there are an additional five new fonts to choose from and we are very impressed with the new monogram fonts, especially the split letter monogram, this photo doesn't do justice to the size and scale of this embroidery which is pretty big:

Also included are 70 new embroidery designs and 50 border designs.

This Software Upgrade Premium Pack II is easy to install with an internet connection, simply use the activation code. Alternatively bring your machine to Lords and we'll do it for you at no charge.
