Fantastic Machine! I purchased my VQ2 from Lords at the end of February 2021 and have used it most days since. It is a sheer joy to sew on such a wonderful machine. I've used it for dressmaking, personalising Easter gifts and numerous quilting projects and in all of those activities it has exceeded my expectations. In addition to the machine I purchased the Dual Feed Foot and this has been especially useful with the quilting - I would recommend it as a really useful accessory. The screen is intuitive and simple to use and the onboard help pages are there for easy reference if you need it. My favourite three things have been the automatic needle threading (a massive improvement from the type on my old Brother machine), the thread cutting and the warning when the machine tells you that your bobbin thread is about to run out. The VQ2 seemed an expensive investment but I can see that I shall have years of pleasure and use from it. I would also like to give a big shout out to the extremely helpful team at Lords who made the purchase process so easy and were very patient when I couldn't get the extending table to fit!! (My fault not theirs!). The Lords YouTube tutorials for this machine are also well worth a watch. All in all I'm so glad that I made up my mind to go ahead and buy the VQ2 - it hasn't disappointed in any way at all.
