    The foot controller for my brother machine was faulty. It was easy to find the right one on the website, price was competitive and free postage was a bonus. The new controller arrived within 2 days of ordering - excellent. Back sewing and very happy with service. Will certainly be using Lords Sewing again when I need additional sewing equipment.
