A really excellent quality iron. Heavy, yet not an issue on the wrists due to the iTouch facility. Great steam capacity. Looks pretty on my ironing board :) Exceptional customer service from Lords - they kept me updated about UK shipping times from the US and as soon as received they dispatched out to me quickly and securely. 5 stars!
